By accessing or using NoteOnPoint, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate information when creating an account.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address connected to your account and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the notes, links, folder names and other content you save. You give NoteOnPoint permission to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the service and provide features you request.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to save and use your content and that it does not violate applicable law or another person's rights.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use NoteOnPoint to:
- Break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or facilitate harm.
- Send spam, malware, deceptive content or abusive communications.
- Attempt to bypass security, access another user's account or disrupt the service.
- Reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. WhatsApp and third-party services
If you connect WhatsApp, your use of that feature is also subject to the applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms and policies. NoteOnPoint may use other service providers to deliver features such as authentication, hosting, storage and security.
Links saved in NoteOnPoint may lead to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse their content, availability or practices.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but NoteOnPoint may occasionally be unavailable, changed or discontinued. Features may be added, removed or limited, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
NoteOnPoint is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that saved content will never be lost, so you should keep separate copies of important information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NoteOnPoint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using NoteOnPoint or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, or address a serious or repeated violation of these terms.
