Delete your complete account
- Sign in to your NoteOnPoint account.
- Open Settings and select Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm the permanent deletion.
This cannot be undone. The action removes your NoteOnPoint sign-in, saved notes and links, folders, WhatsApp connection, unused connection codes and WhatsApp event records associated with your connected number.
Deletion begins immediately after confirmation. Limited infrastructure logs or backup copies may remain temporarily where required for security, recovery, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Delete individual saves
Move a note or link to Trash, open Trash, and choose Delete permanently. You can also choose Empty Trash to permanently remove every item currently in Trash.
Remove the WhatsApp connection
Open Settings → WhatsApp and select Disconnect WhatsApp. This removes the connection and stored WhatsApp webhook event records associated with that number. It does not delete your NoteOnPoint account or content already saved to it.
Before deleting
Account deletion is permanent. If you only want to stop using WhatsApp with NoteOnPoint, disconnect WhatsApp instead. For more information about how your data is handled, read the NoteOnPoint privacy policy.
Open account settings to manage your account.
